The staff were incredibly helpful and lovely. They made our stay exceptional. The pool was so good and everything was very clean. The riad is a little out from the city centre but it is very easy to get taxis and they are so cheap.

A beautiful Riad, very spacious and exceptionally hosted. Staff also helped to arrange a very good guided tour of the Medina. Excellent breakfast and of course a wonderful pool and garden as an oasis to the city..

Having the wonderful garden and setting means it is a bit further from the city which we knew when we booked but local shops etc are a bit limited without transport.

Beautiful building, very well maintained. Air conditioning in room was great. Pool beautiful. Staff so friendly and helpful. Loved the property

Location was not great, too far from old and new medina to see Fes. Ideal for this going to airport next morning. Beside a busy road. Very few people so very quiet but we would prefer more atmosphere.

Gardens were lovely Room was spacious Staff were very friendly and welcoming They served us a fast food dinner upon arrival even though it was late. They prepared breakfast early on departure date. It is a guest house not a hotel in a residential area.

Pillow cases quite old and shabby, mattress and bed uncomfortable. No bin in the room to dispose off rubbish eg teabags etc. Room was cold, heating did not work. We were given portable heater upon request Bathroom dated, bath was set very high from the floor and was very deep. It was extremely hard to get in and out. This is a dangerous hazard Shower not aligned so water went all over the floor Location is quite far from the Medina and daily to and fro taxi fares add up. Breakfast would be better as a buffet. You have to tick things you would like night before and it was prepared.
