The staff member was very friendly, kind, and welcoming. He was always helpful and made me feel comfortable during my stay. The hostel was clean, quiet, and offered good value for the price.

Clean rooms, and a good location. I appreciated the air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and access to the shared kitchen.
The hostel is wellequipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Hostel El Raha to backpackers and travelers looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay in Fez.
More detailed location information prior to arrival would have been helpful, as I had to contact customer support for assistance.
