Lovely clean and tidy. Exceptional hotel and fantastic location and facilities. Free parking, lovely bar area and really close to the stadium (5 min walk) Shower was really powerful and the balcony was a fab addition to the room. Our dog was able to travel with us and they put a dog bowl, bed and treat in the room which was so thoughtful. Would definitely stay again if in st gallen. I cannot thank the hotel staff enough. Staff were very attentive and polite. They lent us an adapter free of charge for our stay as we only had Europe ones not Swiss ones which we appreciated. I genuinely can’t thank the team enough as I left my dental retainers in the room and the hotel team posted them back to me to the uk promptly and were amazing. Amazing stay and thank you.

Only thing I wished they had was air con as it got a little warm in the evening but during the day it was lovely and cool.

Good price and standard.

Good standard, clean, nice garden for breakfasts or late dinners.

No air conditioning and it was really hot. But if you open the window there is a road outside so you need to choose.

Comfortable stay within walking distance of Shopping Arena

The rooms are quite spacious, light-filled and with a balcony. The bed was comfortable, room equipped with electric kettle for coffee and tea. The breakfast buffet was good, the bread very fresh!

Great apartment!

We had a family apartment that was amazing! It was spacious and extremely clean! The views were also nice. The kitchen was very clean and we could use it although there were no pans or cutlery available. The decoration was also very beautiful.

I wish there were pans and cutlery available in the kitchen. There was nothing. My car was in the parking lot in front of the reception and when we were leaving someone was leaning in my car. I had to ask the person to move so I could load the car but he stayed less then 1m away. I complained at the reception that this was very inconvenient but nothing was done. After I left, the car's rear light where the person was leaning on started to fail. The city is not beautiful or conserved. There was graffiti all around and unfortunately we decided to leave to our next destination.

Value for money, as long as air con not massively important then you'll enjoy a nice stay.

Really clean nice hotel, staff excellent and overall a really good stay. Rooms are spacious.

Only down side is no Air Con, in summer when it gets hot you kind of need that - however, what I will say is that you can leave balcony door open or windows and due to rooms being sizeable it's not too humid and you sleep OK. Everything else very good, staff couldn't have been any more helpful.

Room was very clean. Staff was incredibly nice. I loved the balconies.

Not a problem, but a suggestion, it would be a great idea to install Smart Tv's in the future, that way travellers could sign into their own accounts without having to watch Swiss TV.

All in all a very pleasant stay - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - good breakfast.

Quite close to a main road which was quite noisy when the windows were open.

Excellent business hotel

I loved the fact that I could order all menus at the restaurant although I only arrived at 9:20pm. The staff were all exceptionally friendly. I liked the room - a free upgrade might have influenced this last statement a bit!

It was modern,new, clean and very friendly. Dinner in restaurant was lovely and not too expensive. Wasn’t expecting it to be in a non tourist area but it was lovely.
