Very nice spacious house on a good location

Nice people, a lot of space. Nice neighborhood. Very good place to stay with a large group.

Lights on the top floor didn't work. The owners were aware but just didn't have time to fix it yet. No curtains on top floor. And no phone/internet connection when downstairs. Though I think we just had to reset the router to fix this but we couldn't find it.

Out-of-town spacious house, perfect for stays with larger groups

Great location, spacious house and everything you need is on-site. La Roche is a few minutes away, and plenty of walking/biking routes run close to the house itself - in other words, the best of both worlds! Communication with the hosts went very well as well (e-mail in English or French), key pickup/tour of the house is French only (some creative Frenglish goes a long way :) ).

Not really a downside, but be aware you are in agricultural surroundings: farm dogs might come say hello (very friendly and playful!), there is the occasional fly buzzing around and there are larger animals in the vicinity.

Déception !

Très bien situé, au calme, à la campagne. Le gîte a vraiment de belles surfaces et un vrai potentiel. Les chambres sont bien disposées (escalier meunier pour le deuxième étage).

Malheureusement, il y a un flagrant manque d entretien. Spots manquants, parfois avec câble pendant, cuisine en mauvais état (plan de travail fortement abîmé, four de travers, la taque n est pas assez puissante pour chauffer de grandes casseroles (gîte 12 personnes !) ... 2 salles de bains, c est super, mais impossible de prendre une douche en même temps car pas assez de pression. Clenche de porte tombante, plinthes manquantes, bcp de mauvaises herbes sur la partie pavée extérieure, jeux incomplets, livres abîmés ... Ça fait beaucoup. Dommage !

Leuk verblijf in mooie omgeving.

Heel ruim huis, erg veel gerief aanwezig. Bedden waren netjes. Prachtige locatie. Rustig gelegen. Voetbalgoal aanwezig in tuin. Leuk voor de kindjes. Mooie wandelingen in de omgeving kunnen maken. Communicatie met host verliep via Whatsapp. We kregen de nodige info!

Bij aankomst erg veel mieren en dode vliegen aan de voordeur. Direct alles opgestofzuigd. Achtergelaten (half opgedronken) drankje in de keuken. Koffiemachine waar nog resten inzaten van de vorige huurders.. Vergeten stukje zeep in de douche. Douche 1e verdiep had geen waterdruk. Douche 2e etage werkte wel perfect.

Ideaal om echt samen te zijn met vrienden of familie.

Het huisje was heel rustig gelegen. Eigenlijk was alles dik in orde. Pluspunt is dat er voldoende parkeerplaats aan het huis zelf is. We waren ook aangenaam verrast door de grote ruimte helemaal bovenaan in het huis. Daar heb je eigenlijk nog een privé verdiep (slaapkamer, badkamer en kleine woonkamer) voor als er mensen zijn die zich even willen afzonderen.

schmutzig, teuer, unkomfortabel

Das Haus sowie die Einrichtung wirken zunächst hübsch. Aber es war überall Schmutzig(viele Staubflocken, fremde Haare, Krümel usw.), die Betten waren zum Teil unbequem und es gab keine persönliche Übergabe.

Es hat uns alles nicht gefallen. Kommunikation sehr schwer. Fast 3 Wochen!!! und erst nach Meldung bei Booking.com die Kaution zurück erhalten.

Die ruhige lage

Das grund stück war nicht mit einem zaun geschlossen. Wir hatten besuch von fremden hunden, was uns erschreckt hat da unsere hunde auch draussen waren.

Het was zeker geen aanrader, de wc beneden was een groot ruimte, de water was afgesloten dus we konden onze handen niet wassen We hebben niemand gezien van de verhuurder, ook niet bij vertrekken,
