Central placed in the middle of everything. The owners and all neighbours were truly kind. The appartment was big and spacious.

Location amazing. Close to lake. beautiful setting .

There was no air- conditioning, while they did provide a fan on request, it wasn't sufficient in this exceptional heat.There is no oven .

AWFUL

just the location

DO not book this apartment, the place has potential but is just old, the shower was dirty I had a rush in my legs due the old carpet floor, no toilet paper for a group of 5, we had to bought our own toilet paper and leave it there for next group, the mattress is just so uncomfortable my back hurts horrible the lady is just RUDE. book it only if you are desperate.

Great location!

Great location in the middle of the town and nice that the apartment came with a free parking space in the garage nearby!

Because of our luggage, the stairs and relatively long way from the garage to the apartment, were a bit of a hassle. The apartment was comfortable, but a bit basic and the shower was lukewarm.

Disappointing price-quality ratio

Minimal/basic apartment, as most of the available private accomodation in Orta. Nothing fancy for an above average price, but pretty normal for a touristic town like Orta. The owner did show understanding for my complaint about the poor quality of the accommodation and we agreed on a different price and an anticipated departure.

Typical touristic apartment, of which the attitude of the owner is clearly to be more worried about the money that he/she will cash, rather than about the offered service. The law of high demand and limited offer rules in places like Orta.

Superb

Location was excellent, right in the middle of town. Piera was easy to work and communicate with. Apartment is very spacious even for family of 5. Nice partial view of the lake. Would stay here again if visiting orta san Giulio.

Still about a 5 minute walk from the parking garage to the apartment in the village. No air conditioning.

Very good

Location is really good in the middle of the old town. The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in - I think they all differ - had a little view of the lake and a "bridge" balcony where you can watch people walking the old street. You can swim in the lake and it is really nice - best if you have swimming shoes and are a good swimmer as it gets deep super fast. Host is really nice and helpful.

Interior is very basic. Sofas in the living room are extremely worn and is smoldering causing many bits of debris on the floor and yourself when using it. Noise in the mornings (garbage collection) and evenings from the bars and people walking past- for us it was manageable.

Ottimo soggiorno nel centro di Orta

proprietari veramente gentili e premurosi, posizione in pieno centro dimensioni dell'appartamento molto generose, pulizia sopra la media dotato di ogni comfort per il soggiorno, estremamente silenzioso

un pò freddo il primo giorno, non c'è l'ascensore ma è normale in un contesto di centro storico
