Amazing location, right in the heart if the pedestrianised area, incredible views on to the lake. Basic, but exceptionally clean and comfortable. Felt very spacious for the 4 of us. Alessandro and his wife were super welcoming, very kind and gave us lots of tips of things to do and where to eat, very available but totally non-intrusive. Do not hesitate to book this place, it’s fantastic value for money in one of the most beautiful and relaxing places we’ve ever been!

Location was good. We did not take breakfast from host.
The mattress was soft and was not able to sleep. Also no lift and had to take heavy luggage all the way up.

Excellent location, and really lovely hosts. They met us exactly as planned and the help with parking and showing us around was seamless. They were super helpful and accommodating, and Alessandro’s English is excellent 😁 and has good humour!
The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean, which counts for a lot. It’s pleasant watching the shoppers down below from the private bridge - if you take a cushion. Thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the shops, piazzas and the ferries.
We knew in advance that the property had floor fans instead of air con but it seemed harder to live with 34 degrees in early July! Stone or tile flooring would have helped instead of the carpet. Be aware that because of the building position there’s very limited views/outdoor space. The decor is functional and a bit dark, but that’s personal preferences.
