Perfect location and stunning sunset views

This accommodation is excellent. The view from the terrace is exceptional and offered one of the best sunsets we have ever seen. The room is spacious and offers a full kitchen. It is an excellent location, walking distance from the old town. The host was so lovely and arranged things so we could enter early.

The bed is comfortable, but quite worn. Most certainly there should be more towels provided of a higher quality.

Awful and dirty

The place was so filthy With the owners down there smoking and dirty and the bathroom shower was non functioning with water being blocked during shower We were not told they manage money themselves at arrival or before leaving and we had assumed it’s Booking.com that handles payments , only to he followed by the owners and made a big ordeal re paying amount as if we absconded without paying money. After all that I get a message shortly saying they didn’t revive the money in their account yet -!3 given its a Sunday etc it’s obvious this wasn’t gona be instant transfer . The whole ordeal was so painful and unforgettable. We have never stayed in a more unkempt place in all these years

Nice location but really let down by the facilities unfortunately

The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped, if you want to cook it is quite hard. The shower was broken so we had to hold it ourselves to wash. We were told on our last night we had to pay in cash with no warning, we were only there for 3 nights but could see a cash payment for a week being a problem.

Good stay in amazing location

Amazing location and easy walking distance to the town. The view from the balcony was stunning. Comfortable bed. Staff were very nice and welcoming!

We were only supplied one small roll of toilet paper for the couple of nights we stayed and therefore had to buy our own. No shower curtain which made the bathroom floor wet every time we showered and would have loved if the washing mashing was working.

Unbelievable location for the price we paid

It’s easy to find - short walk to centre. Gorgeous views of harbour and perfect for the sunset.

If you read other reviews - it is old fashioned in decor but has all the accessories you would need to make your stay comfortable

Balcony and view great but expected more for the price paid.

The balcony and view over the bay

Bathroom had no lighting and the amenities were very poor..old 3/4 bath needs replacing or re-enamelling, hand held shower but no shower curtain. No bathroom provisions except for 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Drain the the bath tub blocked but host obliged immediately when he was asked to clean it. The kitchen was only slightly better than the bathroom, dripping tap and no provisions, not even a bottle of water.

Amazing view!!

Ten apartment have one of the most increíble views of Hvar island. Is close to the center, great wifi, very clean and very confortable too. Everything was good. The view from the bedroom is increíble!!

Cosy balcony with a nice view to the sea, comfortable room, in a walking distance (if you don't mind stairs) to a small, nice beach.

The fridge could be cleaner, as it seemed to have some mold around the door.

Apartment had a spectacular view of the islands and entrance to the harbor. It was fun to watch the boats come and go from the balcony. Amazing sunsets and peaceful. Hosts were very gracious

good, although I expected more

The apartment is well located and has all the facilities that are needed. There are two balconies, so you can choose depending on the time of day and sunshine. The view is great. The apartment is a pleasant 15 minute walk to/from the center. The beach in front of the house is nice.

The owners were not ready to greet their first guests. The apartment, considering the covid-19 situation, should have been much cleaner. The sink leaked and they didn't check the fuse box, as some of the appliances weren't working. There were not enough plates, cutlery or toiletries. Although they stated that there was a private parking - there is none. Anticipating that this could be an issue, I wrote before our stay to the owner to check whether private parking is available and he confirmed that there would be no problem. There is only very narrow and inadequate street parking on the side of the road in front of the house, which can be occupied by neighboring tenants. So, if you are visiting Hvar by car and staying here, you'll may need to search in the vicinity to park your car. I think that the hosts should correct their facility descriptions on Booking.com and try a little harder to bring their apartments to the level needed to meet the price they charge or lower the stated prices.

Zelo lepa lokacija za oddih na Hvaru izven glavne sezone.

Hiša je ob obali, v drugi vrsti nad lokalno obalno cesto. Lep pogled z balkona na hvarsko pristanišče. Več manjših plaž je v bližini ob cesti pod hišo. Do centra Hvara 15 min peš ob obali, do prve trgovine cca.10 min, do prve kavarne (z "normalnimi" cenami, kamor hodijo domačini) je 5 min. Kuhinja in kopalnica z vsemi potrebščinami. Dodaten fotelj, ki se raztegne v udobno ležišče.

Za moj okus nekoliko premehka postelja. Ni jasno, kje se lahko parkira. Vsi parkirajo na peščenem robu obalne ceste pod hišo, vendar lastniki bližnjih apartmanov tega ne marajo (sem dobil ročno napisan listek, ampak nikjer ni znaka, da parkiranje ni dovoljeno). Parkirno mesto narisano na eni od slik na Booking je v ozki ulici nad apartmanom.

Sehr gute Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Glasklares, sauberes Meer - wie geschaffen zum Schnorcheln und von der Ferienwohnung nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Noche en Hvar

El propietario fue muy amable y aunque llegamos antes de la hora del chech-in nos dejó una habitación para cambiarnos y dejar nuestras cosas hasta que estuviera la nuestra. Ubicación genial, al centro son 15 minutos andando. Terraza se ve el atardecer espectacular

La plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait que partiellement, tiroir cassé et manque de vaisselle et quelques équipement qui étaient un peu sommaires . Le ménage était fait en surface ( hotte très sale, sol pas balayé etc…) Une seule petite poubelle.

Solo repetiría por las vistas

-Las vistas son espectaculares. Las mejores de todo nuestro viaje por Croacia. Se ve todo el Old Town, puerto y mar. Maravilloso ver desde la cama esas vistas, tanto por la mañana como el atardecer, que es impresionante verlo desde la terraza. -Es un estudio amplio con una terraza amplia con sombrilla para los días de sol. -Tiene una cala de rocas con escalera para bañarse muy bonita y justo debajo de la casa.

-Tres días antes de llegar me dijeron que tenía que pagar en efectivo, que no les funcionaba el datáfono. Creo que en 3 días da tiempo a ponerle solución (no se si creerme del todo que no funcionaba). Es importante tenerlo en cuenta y tener previsión de que os pueda pasar. -El área de recepción del anfitrión era un tanto extraña y descuidada. A nuestra llegada solo me pidió el nombre, la identificación y el dinero. Literalmente no me dijo ni una palabra más, que le pagara y ya. Bastante mala atención por su parte. -No hay parking privado y es una zona bastante complicada para aparcar. -No hay wifi, tienes que solicitarlo. A nosotros no nos hizo falta porque la smartTv si que está conectada al wifi ya. -Estaba verdaderamente sucio. Tuve que barrer a la llegada y adjunto foto de la suciedad de una pasada rápida. - El menaje estaba asqueroso. Nos tocó fregar todo antes de usarlo. Mucha suciedad. - Los cajones de la cocina estaban rotos. -En general está muy deteriorado, con un poco de atención se podría mejorar mucho. - La cama es regular, no es que sea muy cómoda. -Por la mañana entra luz por todos lados. Tiene una persiana eléctrica en el ventanal principal que da a la terraza. Sin embargo, en la ventana próxima a la cocina no tenía nada, por lo que entraba toda luz directa a la cama. Por la puerta también entraba mucha luz. -Estaría bien que pusieran algo en la ducha para apoyar los jabones.

sprcha plesnivá, neodtýkalo umyvadlo, neodtýkala sprcha a z odtoku vybublala špína. Podlaha byla špinavá. Povlečení a ručníky byly čisté, ale ostatními věcmi si jistá nejsem. Vybavení bylo starší, ale pokud by se o to někdo staral, ničemu by to nevadilo
