Great value for money in a fantastic location.

The location is fantastic - only a few minutes from the city centre, it made it really easy to go back to the flat to chill out during the hottest part of the day, then go out again in the later afternoon. We really enjoyed spending time on the balcony, which has an extendable shade if you don't want to sit in the sun. We really enjoyed staying there!

More plugs close to both sides of the bed would be appreciated. There is a small window in the kitchen area that doesn't have a curtain or shutter, so it lets in light in the early morning.

Great place to stay in beautiful Hvar

Our hostess was really very helpful and made us feel comfortable right from the beginning. The room was very tastefully appointed and the outdoor terrace was a wonderful bonus for relaxing at the end of the day. I'd stay here again if I was ever in Hvar again.

There was nothing that we didn't like (except for perhaps a couple of mosquitos which of course can't be helped). We loved this property.

Amazing place to get a quiet yet centric time at hvar!

Location is great- super close to the ferry port, supermarket, the old town and in the way to the beach. Room was spacious and with a beautiful balcony. It is equipped with ac, little fridge, coffee machine and some capsules. Knowing hvar gets noisy and crowded at night due to nightlife, the street where the apartments are is actually on a quiet area, so you can get a good night sleep. Also Marijana the host was super kind!

8 minute flat walk from the ferry. Good communication and friendly host. Large and comfortable bedroom. Good Air conditioning and hot water. Beach towel and cushion for beach available. Easy and clear check in. Kept bass after checked out.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you might need except a stove or microwave. It is not really designed for cooking. We did have plates, silverware and a refrigerator. There was a coffee maker but we ate all our meals out. The owner, Mariana, was very thorough with her check-in instructions. We lost an email (not her fault) and she was very helpful by coming to the parking area to meet us. She is delightful and very helpful answering questions. She truly went out of her way to make sure we got checked in despite our error.

Nothing really, except there was no way to heat water for tea except using the coffee machine.

Great place to stay in Hvar!

Our host was so lovely! She was very responsive and gave us many great tips for our stay in Hvar. The properly is spacious and has a cute outdoor patio where you can hang your washing. It was very clean and we felt safe. Aircon was amazing!

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, as such we didn’t get much sleep. As it opens out onto the street, lot of people walk past and can be quite loud during the night. The light in the front room is so bright in the morning (as there are blinds missing) that the person on the sofa bed cannot sleep.

The location of the apartment is so central just a few steps from the bars and restaurants and all the main tourist sights. The apartment is huge and has a very comfy bed and more quality kitchen utensils and appliances than I have at home! Great for my two night stay and wish I could stay longer. Marijana, the host is a lovely lady who came to find me as I spent the whole holiday getting lost. She was very knowledgeable about Hvar town and transport and recommended two brilliant restaurants that were nearby. The apartment was exceptionally clean and having two bathrooms was handy. The slippers that were provided, were welcomed on the tiled floor. I had a great stay. Thanks

The apartment has a shared terrace and garden which at night time was a little noisy as people were relaxing and smoking outside. The walls were thin between apartments too so you could hear the conversations and comings and goings of the other residents.

The location was great and it was nice to have a small balcony. There were cutlery enough to make a small breakfast and an easy take away dinner.

The showerhead was to big and heavy for the holder, so you had to use it handheld.

We are just there for 2 days but the room is perfect for a long Room was neat and you have everything you need to be confortable, there is a fridge and also tableware, you have a lovely balcony where you can have your meals if you want. The localisation is amazing, it is in the centre and near everything, you have Supermarkeks, you are near the bus if you fancy go to Stari Grad, the ferrys. Also near the beaches. Would recommended definitely. Also, Marijana is lovely, very helpful. When we come back to Hvar would stay here again!

Not for me

Location is good, just behind church on the main square. Property is clean and in good condition (beds comfortable). It is easy to walk wherever you want, and there are two grocery shops close. Windows open fully, quiet. If you want a sterile, Air Bnb experience, to see no one, and are able to handle your luggage upstairs alone, you will like this place.

Do not expect to feel welcomed. Sobe culture used to be really lovely but it has changed a great deal to an Air BnB "how much money can I make" type of situation, especially in tourist parts. In this case, instead of being on site, the host appears to live in Split, and never greets you, checks if things are OK (so long as they are OK for her). All the rooms looked the same to me, so I took one (no one met me, and I saw no single other human the entire time I was there- for some, of course, this could be a plus, for me, it was.... weird) then was in an unpleasant manner I was told aggressively I had had to move downstairs. The room downstairs was fine also, but the aggression, and demanding are not sobe culture, where one used to be treated as a guest, rather than an ATM. The refrain over and over was "it's not my fault! do what I want!" rather than "what is the best situation here for everyone...including the guest?" that used to be the case- and still is in other sobes. The issue was that the upstairs rooms were part of an apartment. Funnily enough, this apartment was not booked, and most hosts- even most hotels- know it's a good business practice to give your customer a better room or situation if it is unsold; because it creates a good feeling and good review and they lose nothing. Instead I was made to move, and was very annoyed at having zero help with my bags for the second time. The room was fine; the way it was handled was not. They wanted money to use the washer (which - in staying for years in sobes- has ALWAYS been free if there is one) and a sign on the room demanded 50 euro security deposit (which wasn't collected, as no one was there) "in case of damage". Not sure who "damages" a single room and some wear and tear is normal. They also- despite there being a terrace, and a fenced courtyard, and a hallway, tell you that you cannot leave your bags, to leave them for 20 kuna the public place.
