We slept well and could easily walk everywhere

This was a comfortable apartment close to everything we wanted to see and do in Hvar. We were greeted on arrival and provided beach towels to use during our stay. There is air conditioning . It was a quiet area of town which made for a good nights rest.

We couldn’t really sit outside on the patio due to mosquitoes.

Greta views away from busy area with lovely hosts - A Greta little find

Met the owners there. They allowed us to check in earlier than expected at midday and held our bags beforehand. Everything was perfect for us, we did not need to ask for anything else, owners basically left us alone but were there if needed. The walk from ferry with bags was a little challenging up one hill, but directions were great and we only had to do it once with our bags.

Best value stay in Hvar!

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was super spacious, spotlessly clean, and just a short 8-minute walk to the city center, which made it really convenient while still being in a quiet area. It had everything we needed—A/C, a full kitchen, and a super comfortable bed. One of our favorite features was the lovely outdoor seating area, which was perfect for relaxing and drying towels after days at the beautiful nearby beaches. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Hvar!

Nice, clean and spacious apartment up on the hill

Nice, clean and spacious apartment. The host was very friendly, they were asking if we need anything, we could taste nice local wine. It was fully equipped, with a washing mashine, cleaning mashine and air conditioning. The apartment is located in a quiet part of the town on the hill.

Exceptional

The host was very accommodating with an early check in which saved us from having to hang around with our luggage for a few hours. The apartment exceeded our expectations and the pictures don't do it justice. The bathroom looked brand new. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to prepare full meals. We very much enjoyed the outdoor sitting area overlooking a beautifully maintained garden. The location was quiet and very close to town. 100% recommend!

Island explore

Relatively close to harbour, restaurants and all the main attracions in Hvar town. Also scooter/car rentals nearby. Room was clean and newly furnished with all the nessesarily utensils. Beds were nice and comfortable. Good stay in that sense. Host Niksa was also a friendly man.

Wifi was a bit shaky. It worked most of the time, but there was some gaps in service and it mainly worked only in the bedroom. I'm not sure if tv worked? I tried using it one evening, but didn't manage to operate it, which wasn't really a big deal. Since the room is on ground floor, the floor was a bit cold and it felt a bit damp in that sence. During the hot season it probably doesn't matter that much, but when it's cooler, then flipsflops or at least socks are needed.

Spacious, clean and well equipped.

Lovely large apartment. Comfortable rooms. Only a short walk to town, less than 10 minutes and only a small incline to it. Lovely little outdoor patio area and a drying line if needed. Fridge and freezer and fully equipped kitchen too. Would definitely go back!

The aircon is in the kitchen so we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open. During the night, the outside light continually turned on, i think it was a motion sensored light. Only negative really.

Hidden gem

Spacious little home from home, kitchen more than well equipped for large families, very clean & well presented, within 10 minutes walking distance of everything so therefore without the late night noise for those who like a good nights sleep, owner very hospitable nothing is problem I would definitely stay here again 👍

The property was in a perfect location in order to be near to the day and night life but comfortable for owning a car. The house was perfectly cleaned, the bed was comfortable and everything was working good. The host is the most adorable person, he made sure everyday we had clean towels, toilet paper and that we were having a good day. I suggest this property to everyone, families and friends who travel there.

Great host, great place!

Niksa had a wonderful place and he was an amazing host. Very comfortable for the four of us. Bathroom was beautifully remodeled with a wonderfully large shower. Short walk into hvar town. Nice patio outside. Niksa went out of his way to accommodate us despite some over the top requests. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to rebook with him. Thanks for the grappa and ride to the ferry Niksa

Very nice host, very nice apartment!

It's a great apartment just 8 or so minutes walk from the main downtown area. Spacious 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. Very clean and well-equipped.

My only issue was that the bedroom curtains are nearly transparent so at night you need to change clothes in the bathroom or potentially expose yourself to the neighbors.
