Great place and location.

Great location over looking the water and harbour. We were there for the Spartan Race weekend so had a view over the start and finish lines. Tidy furnishings and use of a fridge. The Gelato shop next to the entrance was a nice bonus too 😁

Only thing I would mention is what I assume is the mattress protector was a bit noisy when changing position in bed and gave my partner a plasticky feel.

Absolutely stunning - a must stay for anyone looking for a Hvar break

Everything - beautifully decorated, perfect location and the views are stunning!

Small thing - but I couldn’t get the heating in the aircon working and as I was there when it got colder, I could have used it. I think the filter needs a change (and as it’s the first cold of the season, I can’t blame you for not looking at it).

There was no breakfast available. The access to the room was messy, and the condition of the premises was poor. poor soundproofing to the next room. no cleaning and no change of towels for the 3 days we stayed.

A perfect location in the harbour. Lovely tastefully modern room with nice views.

The only tiny thing I will mention if only to help the owners… some sort of drying rack for wet swimwear/beach towels would be helpful… we ended up using the under floor heating in the bathroom over night which is obvs bad for environment

Perfect stay - hidden gem in Hvar!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The room is well-appointed, modern and clean. The location is perfect as you’re right on the port, with an impeccable view of the water. We were also able to check in early with no problem at all - the host was so kind and easy to reach! Would stay here again!

A perfect and memorable stay that made our honeymoon even more special—can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Topaz Rooms for the second half of our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. The island of Hvar is stunning, and the room was in the ideal location—close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. Our host met us at the catamaran when we arrived and personally walked us to the room. He gave us a tour of the space and even surprised us with thoughtful gifts to celebrate our honeymoon and being their first guests of the season. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable—everything we hoped for and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and truly can’t wait to come back!

The facilities are new and very tasteful and functional too. The view from the window is breathtaking. The location is perfect.

A localização do alojamento é excelente, no centro e com fácil acesso, o que facilitou bastante a nossa estadia. O espaço estava impecavelmente limpo, algo que valorizamos muito. A cama era extremamente confortável, TV e coluna, proporcionando ótimas noites de descanso. O frigorifico tinha algumas bebidas de oferta o que apreciámos bastante. O predio é antigo e parece estar em recuperação, no entanto a area dos apartamentos é moderna e tudo é novo. Recomendo vivamente!

Helt fantastiskt

Helt fantastiskt vistelse!! Läget kan inte bli bättre!! Kommunikation med värdarna var så smidig så att de kunde infinna sig på plats inom 1 minut. Trevliga, välkomnande, underbara människor som fanns till hands vid lilla minsta. Vi kunde checka in tidigare och fick room upprepade för att fet bästa rummet var ledigt vid tillfället. Utsikten och faciliteterna var att drömma om. Toppen betyg utan tvekan! Tack Ivan för den hjärtliga välkomnandet ! Skulle absolut boka in detta boende igen!!
