The location was great. Staff were so welcoming & great with the kids. Loads of things to do. Welcoming wildlife at the unit and throughout the facility..Sondela is beautiful. Will surely return. May just reconsider the unit
The unit on arrival had half a toilet roll between 2 bathrooms.
Linen was stained and dirty which is off putting.
No black bags on arrival not even one in the bin to welcome with
No hand soap nor lotion in the bathroom dispensers despite them being put out

We liked the cosy house and to be so close to nature.

Location and view towards the bushveld.
General maintenance issues such as a leaking tap in kitchen, broken oven seal and broken heater. No soap in bathrooms. Unit does not get sufficient sunlight and is cold in winter.
