If you want to stay close to Sagrada Familia - this is the place. For an apartment, it's also close to Mercados so you can quickly find food. The kitchen was well-equipped (although a little bit of complimentary would have been nice.). And it's true - it was very quiet as far as outdoor noise (or lack thereof) is concerned.
The apartment is quite dated, as far as fixtures and finished are concerned. A tall person should watch their head when going from the door to the living room. After staying in concrete structures this one had some creaks in the floor. All very minor.

The location is perfect
,The apartment was smelled weird , some things were broken and in general kind of dirty.
However, after the checkout, you can safe drop your bags in the rental bike where you picked up the keys
