The 130 m², 5-star penthouse penthouse is located on the upper floor of Villa Seeadler. It offers 4 rooms and exceptional generosity a living comfort for up to 6 people at the highest level.
The locationDirectly on the famous Binzer beach promenade is the penthouse in the rear new building in the Villa Seeadler, only a few minutes walk from the Binz train station, the famous Kurhaus and the pier.
The penthouse has a living area with open kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a tub, 2 roof terraces and a balcony.
In the spacious living area high-quality upholstery sets and a flat screen TV invite you to social evenings. The dining area is integrated in the living area and a table with 6 chairs offers enough space for eating together.
The adjacent kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an oven with ceramic hob and a microwave. A coffee machine, a toaster, an egg cooker and a kettle are of course at your disposal here.
In all three bedrooms, a double bed offers enough space and privacy for a restful sleep. You can store your holiday clothes in the spacious wardrobe. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs.
One of the two bathrooms is equipped with Italian tiles, a large corner bath, toilet, a shower and a double sink.
The second bathroom has a shower and toilet. Here is also a washing machine and a dryer.
After an eventful day, let the evening fade away comfortably on one of the two roof terraces or on the covered balcony with sea views.
On colder days, you can relax on the rooftop outdoor sauna.
On request, we provide a cot and a high chair free of charge.
