From the living room you can reach the large private garden with terrace, beautiful garden furniture and a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and the white beach in Binz. A garden gate leads from the garden directly onto the beach promenade and the beach. From the south-facing bedroom you can reach the large, south-facing balcony with cosy furniture.
This flat with its own large garden is located on the ground floor of the villa. The flat for up to six people and with a living space of 127 m² is furnished to a very high standard with selected designer furniture and has three bedrooms. You have a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea from the entire living area. The flat has two large, open-plan living rooms where you can relax and unwind. You have a living space of 65 m², a Sony flat-screen TV and an open-plan kitchen. The high-quality Siemens appliances and the fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area make cooking a pleasure. You will sleep well in the two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm wide), and the two top modern bathrooms ensure a lively start to the day. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and WC, the other with a shower and WC. The floors of the holiday flat are made of oak parquet. An extra bed (90 x 200 cm) and a double sofa bed (180 x 200 cm) offer the possibility of extra beds for more than four guests. Items can be stored in the storage room in the entrance area and the flat's own extra bed or baby cot and high chair can be accessed.
The beautiful beach promenade and the local sights of Binz are just a stone's throw away.
