Beautiful Binz beach only 200 m away, swimming pool, rooms quite small with older furniture but suitable, expensive
Very Good location 200 m from Baltic Sea and the Binz promenade, the room has no sea view. Available is a very nice swimming pool 8x4 meters with the countercurrent (two jets) - water was slightly greenish, but generally the pool was fantastic. Next to the pool is nice Finish sauna for extra fee 9,- EUR/2 hrs (coin automat) and also nice infrared sauna for extra fee 4,- EUR/30 min (coin automat). Available is also a parking space outside next to the building. Nice small terrace.
Generally the accommodation was suitable, fully equipped with fridge and two TVs, but only with one double bed and one foldable sofa for two persons with limited space (2x70 cm). The apartment is quite small, with a bit obsolete furniture, but everything fully functional - now we understand why there are not published any pictures of rooms inside, only pictures of the building from outside (it is new and modern) and pictures of swimming pool, which are very attractive, the apartment size and the furniture are average. During our one night stay we had warm water in the shower only for one person, then there as only cold water, so we had to use showers in the swimming pool - it was reported at the departure, probably just malfunctioning heating device, the manager she said it will be checked.

The place is very clean and tidy, everything you need is there. But there was a bit of a problem with handing over keys as well it's a pity not to mention that because of Corona the sauna does not work and the pool can be for every family half an hour

Mein Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Binz war wieder angenehm, bis auf die Defizite des Appartments
Das Haus Villa A Capella ist sehr gut gelegen - nicht weit zum Strand, nicht weit zum Zentrum. Ich wähle dieses Haus sehr gern wegen des Schwimmbads im Haus, der Tiefgarage und gut funktionierendem WLan
Leider waren Kühlschrank und Dusche sehr unsauber. Stockflecken in den Fugen der Dusche und Schimmel und Haare im Kühlschrank, Wasserlache unter dem Gemüsefach (der schlechte Geruch hielt sich bis zum Ende meines Aufenthaltes, auch nachdem der Kühlschrank nach eineinhalb Tagen endlich kühlte)
