This flat with a side view of the Baltic Sea, small front garden and terrace is located directly on the beach on the ground floor of the beach house. The flat for up to six people and with a living space of 99 m² is furnished to a very high standard with selected designer furniture and has three rooms. You can relax in the 37 m² living room with Sony flat-screen TV and open-plan kitchen. High-quality Siemens appliances and complete equipment in the modern kitchen make cooking a pleasure. In the two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm wide) with reading lamps, you will sleep well and the ultra-modern bathroom with bathtub, shower, bidet and WC ensures a lively start to the day. There is also a separate WC at your disposal. The floors of the holiday flat are made of high-quality oak parquet. An extra bed (90 x 200 cm) and a double sofa bed (180 x 200 cm) offer the possibility of extra beds for more than four guests. Items can be stored in the flat's own storage room in the entrance area and the flat's own extra bed, baby cot and high chair can be accessed.
The beautiful beach promenade and the local sights of Binz are just a stone's throw away.
