The room is very clean, and all facilities are in good condition. The location is very convenient for food and shopping, very close to Cicada Market.

The apartment is very clean, cosy and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay there very much indeed. Roong (the host) has been very friendly and provided me with all the information about local places and tourist attractions. This property totally exceeded my expectation and I will definitely come back and stay in the future. A+++ highly recommended

The owner was very helpful and answered WhatsApp very quickly and was in UK at the time of our stay.

On arrival we were greeted with a strong foisty & damp smell in the apartment. The apartment had quite a bit of mould & dirt around the sinks & in the shower areas & several units in these areas with rust on & also the top of the toilet brushes. The toilet seats are heavily stained. Ugh. The four dining room chairs are dirty and have stained chair pads. The floor framework between the kitchen and day bed room were dirty & clearly not cleaned for some time. Inside the wardrobe in that room was filthy and so was the mirror. The bedding had a hole in one of pillowcases and several small holes in the sheet - look age related. No pool towels. The towels that were left for general use were poor. Heavily stained and marked washing pads at kitchen sink. The two towel rails at the side of the fridge were rusty, dusty, dirty and disgusting. Two half used toilet rolls left for us in the bathrooms (no others). The hob was dirty. The brown bowls were badly chipped & some cracked too together with food remnants on them & the plates. There was no mention of the building site outside the back which woke us up at 7.30am every morning. I am attaching 4 photos (no more allowed) so that you can see. I think you can tell from this we chose not to unpack our suitcases. The two staff we dealt with on site were very frosty & unhelpful.
