Very helpful staff in the office. I liked the shuttle service to the beach.

The mosquitoes. This was in no way the fault of the staff, but I would advise guests to bring mosquito repellent!

The accuracy of the description was reassuring. We knew the location we wanted, we knew what we needed as a family and we knew exactly what we could afford and all of our expectations around this were met perfectly. Host was very responsive when we had a few minor questions. WE love the coffee lady across the road. She was amazing and deserved a special mention for "western style barista coffee". Location near both Tamarind and Cicada night markets (walking distance) really was a blessing.

The beds were too firm for our liking, but I understand you cannot please everyone around this. The draws were a little depleted (not enough matching cutlery for us as a family of four and there were no bowls) So a few minor additions to the kitchen items would fill in those small gaps. We also would have liked an instruction booklet of some kind ( with wifi instructions and some highlights for services in the local area).

Die Wohnung war nicht geputzt! Die Betten waren gemacht, haben wir dem Vermittler gemeldet, da man eine Reinigungsgebühr bezahlt! Wir haben selbst dann die Küche und den Tisch, welcher wirklich total verklebt war gewischt, auf der Küche und dem Boden waren auch überall Haare verteilt! Pun bot eine Reinigung, kostenlos an, kam aber nicht zu Stande, wir haben uns falsch verstanden 😂! Sollten anwesend wegen der Reinigung sein! War mir neu! Die Klimaanlage benötigt eine Reinigung, sie riecht etwas und ebenfalls fkt. die 4 Fernbedienungen nicht… Die Poolanlage ist fast nicht nutzbar, weil tatsächlich nur 5, max 10 Liegen und ein paar Stühle stehen! Auch kann man keine Getränke mit an den Pool nehmen! Wahrscheinlich, da vermehrt privat dort Leute wohnen (Condo) Mit dem Strand ist auch so eine Sache, der ist je nach Wasserstand, 1,5 KM weg
