Wir wurden von der Haushälterin Jaa in Empfang genommen und Sie hat uns Wohnung und Umgebung gezeigt und Tipps gegeben, danke! Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Gute Betten Duschen mit kräftigem Wasserdruck kalt und warm. Küche ist zweckmässig ausgerüstet. Der Wasserspender mit kalt und heissem Wasser, Toaster, Herdplatte und die nötigen Geschirre. Der Swimming Pool war sauber und gepflegt von vielen Leuten, denn es sind einige Pool`s. Parkhaus mit Lift zur Etage ist ideal.

Die Kommunikation via booking.com direkt oder deren e-mail ist schwierig oder fast unmöglich, schade! Der Unterhalt ist angesagt! der einzelnen Geräte Klimagerät oder Wasserspender klappern oder fibrieren

L espace couchage salon peu confortable. Donc un non fonctionnel. On n’a pas eu 6 réels couchages.

The pool and beach were beautiful. We enjoyed the spaciousness and view of Mr Jay’s apartment C611. The air conditioning was cool (except for the master bedroom). The location was quiet. Mr Jay did respond when I told him the power went out. Having a drinking water filter in the apartment was nice.

The power went out for several hours on June 9. On June 10 and 11 the power also went out, but only for about 30 minutes each time. I think building maintenance was trying to fix something and that was why the power was off, but it would have been nice to have been informed about this before booking. Check-in was confusing. Having more clear directions would be helpful. I ended up wandering around the place trying to find where to check in while my family sat in our car waiting. I finally asked a security guard for help. When we needed more garbage bags and toilet paper, I had to go all the way to the a104 office to ask and then they said they had to contact our owner. That meant I had to wait about an hour before someone came by our room to drop some off. I’m a bit confused as to why they couldn’t just give me some at the a104 office. At least Check-out was simple and nice. I would suggest to Mr Jay that he have his air conditioner in the master bedroom serviced. I also would suggest that the water heater be serviced as well. The showers were warm but not hot. If possible, adding a washing machine to the apartment would make me want to come stay here again. Without a washing machine, I don’t think I would stay here again. Also, all the signs about fines and rules were a drawback to the relaxed vibe I would expect at a vacation condo. Definitely made the stay more restrictive and stressed.
