Bra leilighet, bra beliggenhet, rolig område, koselig bassengområde. Nært markeder, god tilgang på transport og enkle matvarer. Hyggelige mennesker i området.
Litt lite kjøkken for å lage egen mat, litt lekkasje fra vask på badegulv, men god standard.
