I have stayed here a few times now and the staff are extremely friendly & accomodating. The location is handy for me travelling to Tegallalang for business on a daily basis. The food is value for money and always well presented and the view overlooking the rice fields is amazing.

I dont have any negatives to publish about this property. If you are looking for a large hotel chain with a buffet breakfast in a fast paced environment surrounded by lots of guests, this place is not for you. If you're wanting to laze by a large pool being served cocktails all day, this place is not for you. Yes there is a small pool but no pool bar. If you want to be away from the hustle & bustle (but still within a short drive to downtown Ubud), enjoy the serenity of the view of the rice fields and the quiet of a smaller establishment, then give this place a go. The accomodation and food is value for money and the staff are always ready to assist. For years I stayed at a 5star hotel up the road, but since I found this small hotel a couple of years ago, I have continued to return. Happy to answer any questions potential guests may have

The location is convenient and the price is average for the area.

The room was very small and not very clean. There were cockroaches in the room. The room also had no windows, everything looked old, and there was a musty smell.
