"Farr Bay Inn is a delightful place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the charcuterie and cheese boards for dinner. And the walk to the beautiful beach is a bonus."

lovely breakfast, welcoming staff, easy check-in. comfortable beds
kitchen was slightly sparsely provided for. no tea towels or washing brush / sponge. only one roll of loo-roll.

Lovely old Inn providing great accommodation to explore the NC500 and local area. Fantastic breakfast. Comfortable clean and cosy beds. Clean bathrooms with good quality towels. Friendly hosts.
Limited evening menu. Poor WiFi.

Location and the fact that it had two bedrooms which was why we picked it
We chose this property which, although self catering, was located as part of a pub complex. When we got there the pub was closed until April. There was no warning of this fact when we booked, indeed the booking. Con website was all about promoting the pub
