An Bothar Pub

It was a real treat to stay for one night at An Bothar pub, super comfortable beds, a big room with a view, tasty dinner, fab breakfast with lots of choices and fresh blueberries and grapes, an enjoyable evening concert and above all, very hearty, helpful and nice staff, thanks again Aileen for transporting our luggage to our next location on the Dingle Way!

Everything was fab

The friendliness of the staff is particularly worth mentioning. Everything was clean and the location was very quiet. The food in the pub was delicious. There was a choice of burgers, roast beef, fish and curry. The desserts are absolutely delicious. There was also a selection of special children’s meals, such as burgers with chips, sausages or chicken nuggets, and pasta with tomato sauce. Breakfast was a continental breakfast. You could order various egg dishes à la carte. In the evening, there was live Irish music im the Pub.You couldn’t hear any music in the rooms in the evening. It was quiet in the rooms, and we and the children were able to sleep even though the pub was still very busy.

Nice quiet area. Even though music in bar and function on could not hear it in room. Nice walk to Brandon Creek.

Not much The owner was very friendly as were the 2 girl waitresses.

Location, was told sea views and there were no sea views. Room very basic like a hostel.
