The locationDirekt on the famous Binzer beach promenade is the apartment 4 in the villa Aegir, just a few minutes walk from the Binz train station, the famous spa and the pier away. The apartment has a living area with separately adjoining kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, two balconies and a conservatory. Comfortable upholstery sets and a flatscreen TV invite you to social evenings in the high-quality equipped living area. The dining area is integrated in the living area and a table with 4 chairs offers enough space for eating together. The kitchenette, which is separate from the living area, is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob and a microwave. A coffee machine, a toaster, an egg cooker and a kettle are of course at your disposal here. In the bedroom, a box spring bed provides enough space for a restful sleep. You can store your holiday clothes in the spacious wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. After an eventful day, round off the evening on one of the two balconies (one with direct sea view) or in the winter garden in the cooler season.
