From the living room you can reach the large private garden with terrace, beautiful garden furniture and a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and the white beach in Binz. A garden gate leads from the garden directly onto the beach promenade and the beach. From the south-facing bedroom you can reach the large, south-facing balcony with cosy furniture.
This flat with its own large garden is located on the ground floor of the villa. The flat for up to six people and with a living space of 127 m² is furnished to a very high standard with selected designer furniture and has three bedrooms. You have a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea from the entire living area. The flat has two large, open-plan living rooms where you can relax and unwind.
