The apartment is lovely with a very well equipped kitchen. Our son (13) loved sleeping on the mezzanine under the panoramic windows. Lots of storage space, two TVs and a wraparound balcony with access from two sides (note it’s quite narrow). It also comes with a complimentary Strandkorb (a hooded two-seater beach chair that protects you from wind and sun) on the beach which was great.

The property is close to the beach but the sea views are very limited as it is in second row and there’s another row of buildings in front. It’s still only steps to the beach and the various cafes and the restaurants on the promenade. Note one of them is fairly noisy till quite late on summer evenings (especially on the weekend).

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, die Räumlichkeiten waren lichtdurchflutet, sehr sauber und sehr nah am Strand. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt 😊

Moderne, komfortabel und mit Liebe eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Kurze Wege innerhalb von Binz und zu wichtigen Ausflugszielen.

Dem Treppenhaus sieht man die Jahre der Nutzung an. Etwas mehr Frische, z.B. Anstrich Wände und Beseitigung der Spuren auf dem Boden, wäre schön.

Lage perfekt, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Helle Wohnung, überdachter PKW-Stellplatz im Hof.

Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber, das Ofenblech vom Vorgänger noch mit Ölresten verschmiert, auf den Heizörpern dick Staub, die Betten-Inlays teilweise verfleckt. Der Staubsauger hat nicht funktioniert (Beutel voll) und einiges nerviges dieser Art mehr ... Zusätzlich war im Schrank des oberen "Zimmers" ein Regalboden herausgebrochen, eine Wandleuchte sowie die Leseleuchte am Sofa waren defekt – abendliches Lesen war also nur am Küchentisch möglich. Man merkte, dass sich einfach niemand kümmert und es offenbar nur ums Kommerzielle ging. Dass das Treppenhaus auch einen relativ ungepflegten und abgenutzten Eindruck hinterließ, sei nur am Rande erwähnt.
