    This is my second stay here, but unfortunately, this time was disappointing. The air conditioner in my room was making quite a lot of noise and seems to need maintenance. I was also surprised that no receptionist was available during the lunch break. I would have expected a hotel to have reception staff available to assist guests throughout the day. On a positive note, I would like to thank the security guard for stepping in and doing a great job assisting the guests in the absence of the receptionist.
