There is a hiccup during check-in as no email receive (either from Agoda or owner) for which apartment we are staying. The security is very good even-though he seems don’t want to help at first. He insists us on calling the owner which we don’t have. But we managed to check-in after 30-45 mins.
It’s an old apartment with basic facilities. There are only 2 lifts. Should change the furniture to more modern styling and pay attention to dust especially behind the sofa. Doors required maintenance. Otherwise the place is a nice place to stay to those who don’t mind the looks of the apartment

I get a pretty old unit, the facilities including room & bathroom conditions, air-conditioning, washing machine, kitchenware ... all are aging. No water dispenser available. The staff is very friendly & provide the best service to the max for our stay. Strategy location with the underpass to Pavilion, allowed us easily cross to Pavilion without getting wet during rainy day. Parking is available but self pay by hourly charge. Need to make payment up front through Parking Machine prior out from the facilities. Payment via TnGo ewallet not available during the exit.

Our overall experience was not very good.
During our stay, some of the electrical sockets in our unit were faulty and caused the power to trip. This was especially concerning and dangerous when my family was using the hair dryer.
The toilet was also in very poor condition. There were old dirt stains on the walls, and the toilet seat was very dirty. We had to use disposable toilet seat covers every time we used the toilet.
The main positive point is the location, as it is conveniently located opposite the shopping mall. The staff who attended to us were also polite and helpful.
However, the unit is in need of better maintenance and renovation. Overall, I hope the management will take these issues seriously and improve the cleanliness, electrical safety, and condition of the facilities.
