I loved the staff at the Rio Surf House! I like the swimming pool, access to great coaches and surf equipment, the cleanliness of the property and kitchen. But the reason I would return was the very kind and helpful staff.

Maybe they can reserve the TV usage to surf related. I didn’t like the news channel being played. gracias

it was very dirty, the beds were broken at the base, there were insects in the room, clods of dust flew from the fan, air conditioners do not work all day, they are turned on by the administration only at night, as reported after the fact. also after we checked out they decided to bill us for the kobchi that the staff member took from the door. this is a great service and attitude.

it was really really poor standards on the room and overall. the kitchen didn’t really work for cooking as kitchen utilise where poor and space to cook limited. the staff didn’t speak English so it was hard to communicate and to know whether we could get sheets and towels renewed. it was extremely basic living and not a comfortable one at all

This is the first time im writing bad review and Ive been all around the world. First they tryed to charge more then its on the mail with reservation. Rooms are terrible, beds are shaking on smallest move, u wake up everytime someone turns during a sleep. Full of stinky moisture. Toilets are dirty, not cleaned daily, because there was NO TOILET PAPER from afternoon until morning, when I asked for it. And then it took them around 1h to bring it. My friends couldnt wait for paper so they went shower after it. For that price totally not worth it.

The property including shared space and the room needs a thorough clean; the room has dust, dirt and unrepaired damage unattended to; the furnishing of the room is very basic and the booking.com listing would hugely benefit from photos of the rooms; no hot water in the room; air con use limited to 9pm till 9am due to power cuts; no surf board rentals available, only lessons

Localização boa, funcionários bem gentis e atenciosos. Um hostel bem espaçoso e equipado.

O chuveiro quase não saia água, além da água ser gelada. Não dava pra mudar a estação porque caia a luz. Fora isso, a cozinha estava sem gás. Mas no dia seguinte repuseram.

Péssima experiência para a minha família. Não desejo essa experiência para ninguém. Muito cuidado!

Tudo péssimo! Local perigosíssimo, ao lado da comunidade do terreirão e sem qualquer estrutura. A palavra conforto não pode ser atribuída a nada que se encontre dentro ou fora dessa propriedade.

O check-in era previsto até 23 horas. Cheguei ao local às 22:55 (tirei fotos para registrar o horário). 5 minutos após me atenderam com cara de sono e mau humor, dizendo que não fariam o check-in. Após muito insistir, o fizeram. Ao chegar ao quarto pude perceber que se tratava de um cubículo 3 x 3 (se muito), sem banheiro, com 2 estruturas aparentemente em madeira à qual chamaram de camas (1 de solteiro e 1 de casal). A cama de solteiro tinha apenas 1 colchão, sem lençóis e travesseiro. Não existia toalhas para banho nem suporte para o mesmo (sabonete), sendo que para tomar banho o hóspede tem que sair do quarto, sem toalhas. Evidentemente não permanecemos no local e, ao sair, o proprietário do local me empurrou para fora da propriedade, quase aos pontapés, talvez preocupado pelo fato de eu estar filmando o ocorrido. A propriedade não se situa no Recreio dos Bandeirantes. Ela está a 10 metros da entrada da comunidade do terreirão, local perigosíssimo. Ao sair da propriedade eu e minha família nos hospedamos em um motel próximo, arcando com custos não previstos e que, certamente, serão atribuídos ao proprietário da "pousada", por meio de processo judicial que contra ele será desferido. Tudo fotografado e filmado, registre-se!

Piscina, cozinha completa, local tem de tudo, interação com os hóspedes.

Escada para os quartos é de madeira e faz muito barulho ao subir e descer, local precisa de um pouco mais de atenção em relação a limpeza dos racks e cuidado geral com pintura e organização, em relação as fotos postadas qdo se chega no local se percebe que o local esta meio largado, e muito mal organizado, local com bastante pernilongo e ar condicionado funcionando fraco e com muito barulho velho e antigo.

Péssimo o lugar! O quarto não era o mesmo, o banheiro estava sujo, toda a pousada estava suja, a luz caía toda hora, a internet não funcionava direito, a piscina estava suja e a cozinha, nossa, muito suja. Os recepcionistas não sabem de nada; deveriam fazer um curso para atender seus hóspedes. A localização é longe, o quarto estava muito sujo, com mofo, e não trocaram as roupas de cama nem as toalhas. Tive que pagar 20 reais para usar. Meu filho teve uma crise de tosse por causa do ambiente. As fotos são enganadoras para a família. Não recomendo, tudo foi complicado. Nunca tive esse transtorno em outras hospedagens. Não fui embora porque não era reembolsado e era muito longe de acesso. Fiquei insatisfeita; meu bebê especial não teve conforto nem limpeza para ele, só transtorno.
