The apartment is in a great location and you can’t knock the price but I wouldn’t recommend it

The apartment is in a great location

The apartment wasn’t very clean, The shower was freezing cold and didn’t have hot water On the posting it said the apartment came with a sofabed however this was just a sofa meaning one of us had to sleep on a sofa for 3 nights We stayed on the ground floor apartment and there was a man that kept coming to our door every night leaving things at the door and walking around in his underpants he was very uncomfortable, we contacted the host about this and they didn’t seem to care

Nice rooms if on a budget, but smaller and a bit crusty. A theatre blasting behind your windows.

The location was very good, close to the city centre, shops and a bus stop that takes to several beaches along the coast. We were allowed to drop off our bags before check in and leave them there for a bit after check out. The kitchens have most of the utilities you need to prepare simple meals. Overall, it was one of the cheaper accommodations in the area and definitely doable for a group of young people for a few nights.

We stayed in the apartments on the ground and the first floor. The one downstairs felt crustier with and older bathroom and dirtier walls. The rooms in both are rather smaller than it appears in pictures. While each of them can accommodate 5 people thanks to the sofa, I wouldn't recommend booking it for more than 4 people if you want to have some living space (the kitchen/sofa area is very small and you can barely fit your suitcases in the tiny bedrooms). We had some issues with the facilities - such as the electrical outlet in the downstair bathroom that looked broken (and at some point stopped working so we weren't able to use the washing machine.) The WiFi also didn't work, despite the host being communicative after we reported this, the issue wasn't quickly fixed. During summers there's a theatre playing right behind the apartment. While you can't see them, they were rehearsing every night from 9pm up until almost midnight, it was very loud (music, screaming etc.). Locals said it happens ever summer. Okay if you come to the city to enjoy the nightlife but could be very inconvenient for people with kids going to bed at this time.

It was fine for a week, but very disappointing and not worth the money.

The location was good and it was a pretty apartment.

It was very dirty. It wasn’t clean at all. There was also mold in the pans. Also a lot of things were missing in the kitchen. For example, we didn’t have glasses and only one knife while we were with 5 people. The AC was also leaking, also the wifi stopped working after one day and it said it had a sleeping couch, but it was just a regular couch. Also the cleaning staff was very rude and not helpful.

Nice small apartment with historic city centre on the doorstep.

Close to the Split city centre if you want to see the town. The apartment was clean and just fine with the basic equipment you'd need for a short stay. If you're planning beach holidays, this is not the spot for you.

The nearest parking was on the overcrowded parking lot. Road on the front of the house can get bit loud in the night and the morning so no sleeping with an open window. No AC in the room, only kitchen/lounge.

we just stay one night and it was enough

the location, super close to the center.

The entrance of the apartment was full of construction materials. There wasn't a mop to clean the wet floor. In the bathroom, not enough toilet paper and there was one roll empty on top of the washing machine. The shower was complicated to adjust the hot water (extremely hot) The door handle of the bathroom was working so when you were trying to open it, the handle remained in your hands. As we arrived on a Sunday night the parking was ALMOST impossible to get, we needed to wait for almost an hour to find one, There is a step that divides the living room and the bathroom that can be dangerous if you do not step there properly

Good

Location was almost perfect, as you can walk from the premises and in a few minutes you are already in the Old Town of Split.

We stay on the ground floor, and premises are not very spacious, although it has two bedrooms. Additionally, we have problem with internet access, which was not fixed so easily from the owner.

the property was in an amazing location, 5 minutes from the pier

the hot water was only enough for one 5 min shower, you would need to wait for the boiler to hear back up before the other person showers. property was a lot smaller than expected however we was only there for one night so it wasn’t too bad

The location is very close to the old town and lots of restaurants and shops, but also very quiet down a small street.

The flat is fairly basic in what it offers, but it does the job as a convenient base to easily explore Split.

Friendly and helpful owner with appartment in great position to explore city of split

Beds very squeaky so woke us up whenever we turned over. Lots of mosquitoes despite door being shut. Maybe coming in through plug holes in bathroom.

Great stay in a great location

The apartment is in a great location and is perfect for a small group, it was modern and clean and only a short walk to all the old town attractions and restaurants and about a 20 min walk to the closest beach.

A lot of the amenities advertised were not available for example we had no iron, toaster or coffee machine even though it is advertised as having them. We also had some issues with the host as no one met us on arrival and we’re advised to let ourselves in to the open apartment with the keys being left inside for us, we were then advised the next day we had arrived at the wrong apartment even though the other apartments were taken which caused a lot of confusion.

Non cera niente in bagno a partire dalla carta igienica, saponi ecc. Mancava un set di asciugamano. Divano non letto come detto, e soprattutto mancanze di tende in salotto per dormire sul divano, in poche parole sempre giorno

No funcionaba el wifi; ni la cocina, ni había cómo tostar el pan; al lado de la casa hacían mucho ruido hasta las 11 pm. A la llegada el baño estaba sucio y faltó una cama, una almohada y una toalla. En general se veía poco aseado
