Great location. 5min walk from the Main Street, yet on a quiet street. Clean, spacious, comfy, well appointed apartment.

The apartment is in a converted house. Very random layout with a low ceiling in the dining room which is a hazard. Lack of basic supplies such as sugar - none provided. Also 4 sachets of instant coffee for 2 people for 4 nights, is miserly.

Perfect for a stay in Keswick

25 Church Street was perfect for our stay in Keswick, great location to town and a lovely apartment with lounge, dining, great shower, kitchen, washing machine and lovely big bedroom. It really made our stay in this beautiful part of the world perfect. Internet was great, Netflix on TV, timed heating in all rooms. It was the small details that made it great. Simon communicated very well. Highly recommend

There are quite a few ceiling height changes in the apartment, and my 6ft 6 husband whacked his head a couple of times.

Decent apartment in great location.

Good apartment in a great central location and with all the amenities needed. Generally very clean, and lovely hosts. Apartment could use some TLC - lot of mould on ceiling in bathroom, broken door lock in bathroom, kitchen tiles and cabinets not in best condition, and apartment generally needs a bit of care. We also had a few issues locking and unlocking the doors, with the doors getting stuck or not locking. Noise from upstairs due to creaky floors.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is a short walk to Keswick center and a good base for walks. It is on street parking so you're not guaranteed to get parking outside of the property, we parked around the corner which wasn't a problem for us. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for or stay. Smart TV, comfy sofas etc. I found myself sitting having a coffee in the window seat on a morning which was lovely. The bed & pillows were comfortable. We cooked here a few times and found the kitchen to be well equipped, all bases seemed to be covered. There is even a washing machine/ dryer which we didn't need but is handy to have. As some have mentioned, the apartment has some steps (a step down into the living room, a step down into the dining room, a step down into the kitchen and then some steps leading down to the bedroom) this wasn't an issue for us at all but worth mentioning. Also the floorboards were are a bit creaky but again, didn't bother us.

Loved 25 Church Street

Lovely accommodation in a really good location. Only 8 minutes walk to the centre of Keswick. We liked that we could park for free very near to the apartment. Everything in the apartment was in good order. Very clean and comfortable. Having the washer/dryer came in very handy. We'd definitely stay at 25 Church Street again.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Firm and comfortable bed- slept well.

Some low ceiling beams. At 6ft 5" I had to walk round kitchen and bedroom area carefully and had to be conscious of them all the time. Some noise from people in flat above when leaving in morning but overall very quiet.

Great position in heart of Keswick.

A very comfortable and well designed property just 5 minute walk into town. It had all facilities you require for a perfect trip. Simon the owner was extremely helpful.

The only problem was parking but we always found somewhere close to the house.
