Property is excellent - clean and tidy and close to lots of attractions. Parking is very tight though, suitable for small to medium vehicle only as it’s right next to a huge pole and can be tricky if there’s a large vehicle in the neighbouring spot. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need for a short term stay in Alexandra Headland. The staff at Friendly Grocer were very friendly and the whole process was stress-free and easy.

Great location and good ocean view. Clean unit and comfortable couch
Terrible smell in elevators and outside building, like sewerage and from other reviews looks like it’s been there for years and still not fixed. Not just unpleasant but clearly pipe issues.
Advertised as a spa bath in unit and there was not, very small bath tub with high step to get in and spa jets did not work. In fact there was no water pressure and so couldn’t even shower either. Not worth the price to not be able to shower or bath.
