Great location with a nice courtyard, comfy, room had good side lighting and decoration, polite friendly staff, good vibes. Room was internal (no windows) so full darkness with lights off helped me get great night sleep. Blankets supplied without asking was helpful. Kitchen facilities useful too when we got food from the market.

It was great the staff were friendly and helpful.
The shower head needs fixing you can't have a shower with the head hanging down.
And the air con heating didn't work. It was cold in my room.

Good value for money, nice staff, clean and good location.I would stay there again
The room was advertised as having a balcony, in reality this "balcony" wasn't accessible, the door to it could hardly open 2 cm.

Rooms had good temperature
Common bathrooms were clean
Location was good
Not flexible with checkin (room was ready at 2, front desk would close at 2:30 sharp and they wanted us to message them our passports and credit cards details because they wouldn't be there and they couldn't give us the room and do those things when they reopened at 17:30)
No hot water most of the time
No window in the room
