    Great location. I arrived a few hours earlier and I supposed to pay 3€ to leave my backpack there even i booked 6 nights. In the 10 bed dorm the bathroom was very dirty and the smell of the toilet was quiet bad. The curtain in the bed was half falling of and was dirty. In the kitchen i opened the first fridge and it smelled like rotten food. The second fridge was ok. The kitchen was as well dirty. Had to clean every dish before using. It feels like it has been a great place but now it’s not taken care off and very run down.

    I did enjoy my stay at Planeta Cadiz as it is very close to majority of the attraction of Cadiz. The staff also speaks english well so it was easy to communicate. They are also approachable. Will definitely book this place again if i go back to Cadiz.

    I had a nice stay in Planeta Cadiz- Unbeatable location , Very beautiful old style Building ,it reminded me of Moroccan Riads . Cleanness is top, stayed in 4 bed female room first floor & it was cleaned everyday &towels changed however my bed linen haven't been changed for the whole week i stayed. In other hostels I stayed in Spain or Italy bed sheets were changed every 3 days. There is a Lift , Kitchen is decently equipped & well organized . Rooftop is amazing and on sunny days it is a treasure. One issue on my last night in the Hostel where a Guy burst into our female room almost @1 a.m . WTF??? He looked confused when we screamed at him asking what he is doing there? Apparently a guy at reception sent him to a wrong room??This cause a real security issue feeling for guests and reveal bad administration of the Hostel. How come those in charge confuse rooms? This kind of ruined my nice experience at this place . Another issue was Staff living there or guests who talk loudly or having phone conversations past midnight in the halls outside rooms area & disturbing guests sleep. It#s like there is no rule for quiet time. However I would still give the nice owner the benefit of the doubt to review these kind of issues for guests & improve. All in all It s a hostel that has a lot of potential if well run. The building is really amazing.

    Location is good but unfortunately rooms are not clean. We had lots of hairs on the bed and on the ground. When we complained about it. Staff changed the room and new room had also full of hairs all around. Also in the night, there were strange people in front of the hostel trying to enter the hostel.
