Spacious room with a high ceiling. Lots of storage space. Everything is clean and functional.

The staff was very accommodating and prompt in their communication.The ease of online check-in was excellent. The WhatsApp. communication was prompt, and clear instructions were provided for access to the room. Well done!
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the basics provided. A perk was the mini-frigerator and snack selection. The bed was comfortable and supportive.
Overall, this place has the essentials for a safe, comfortable, pleasant stay in a great location. You are within a 15-minute walk to the bus station, restaurants are close by, and they have gone the extra mile to provide an easy check-in.
I was so excited to see a hair dryer provided. However, it only worked on cold air, which didn't dry my hair well.

This place was a real find. The room was spacious, with a sofa and a small table and chairs, and the bathroom was also a good size. It was clean and not cluttered, the bed was comfortable. It was very hot but there was air conditioning. The window of my room was internal but that bothered me less than I expected. There was a nice little roof terrace and the location was great, near the Cathedral. The staff were very helpful and friendly and always available via WhatsApp. They don't clean every day unless you request it but I loved that as I hate the waste in most hotels.

Good location and room.
The window opened into a corner of a smelly construction site, so no fresh air.
Warnings in the room of using the AC for cooling below 23 degrees. If used for lower temperature it would be turned off for 24 hours. If you want to stay there, get a room towards the street!
