The size and confort of the villa. The host was nice and welcoming. It was good value for money.
The Wifi and mobile connectivity at the villa is really poor. The language is a barrier, especially when checking out, when the hosts does the inspection of the property. The location is fully outside of the city, having a car is essential. It is important to mention that the payment is not managed via Booking, but via direct bank transfer. It worked fine, but I would have preferred it was handled by booking.

Cleanliness, pool, sauna, layout, view, very helpful super friendly stuff, the town of Etyek, restaurants(Rokusfalvy's service, dinner and wine tasting was outstanding) wine cellars, horse farm near by, make sure you schedule a horseback riding lesson!
