This 300 sqm Villa is located in a 15.000 qm Park, in a fantastic milieu, in the Northern Side of the Lake Balaton.The village Szentantalfa (St. Anton) is 500 meters from the Villa, the nearest restaurant is 500 m far, there are 5 additional ones within 5 kms.
The groceries 600 m, petrol station 800 m. There are more than 20 wine-cellars nearby, within one kilometer.There are 4 churches in this small village. Horse riding possibilities in 4 km in Zánka-Reiterhof.
You can organize great excursions to famous historical villages and towns e.g.TIHANY (24), Balatonfüred (30), Héviz (54), Keszthely (48), Veszprém (30), Badacsony (20), and Budapest(150), etc.

Wie hatten eine tolle Zeit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Pool. Für die Kinder war das warme Wasser ideal.
