Hotel Princess in Maspalomas has both strong and weak points. The main positives are the tasty breakfast and dinner with a wide selection of food, the excellent location of the hotel, and the convenience of a public bus stop right in front of it.
However, we also noticed several shortcomings during our stay. The cleaning service was insufficient, and the bed linen was not changed even once during our 10-night stay. The soundproofing of the rooms is poor. If your room faces the terrace where evening entertainment takes place, resting can be very difficult. Another downside is that during dinner with half board, it is not possible to pour even plain water without an extra charge, which does not leave the best impression for a hotel of this level.
Overall, it is a hotel with a good location and quality food, but with significant service issues and details that reduce the overall comfort of the stay.
