La tranquilidad

Poca variedad de comida, pero en relación al precio estaba bien. Por la noche vi la música del espectáculo demasiado alta, pero resto bien.

Todo la verdad bastante cómodo

Good location, close to bars , restaurants, shops and beach front. But quiet enough to sleep well on a night. Not too busy so always beds at pool.clean and staff lovely. Entertain not great on an evening but we often don’t stick around for it anyway. Others seem to enjoy it.

WiFi not great unless in reception. Couldn’t play ball in pool even when no one else in.

The size of the room was spacious, but the bed for a couple and comfort was horrible, twin bed are not acceptable my request was ignored.

The "all inclusive didi not meet the standards, asking to pay in cash for a beach towel is absurd to me , the staff from the reception to the dinning area need different approach to the word hospitality. staff unfriendly are the following Sandra the manager for the receptionist needs to be trained. Fabiana never eve smiled or approached us, i thought she sold tours. Some associate where excellent like Mayra and Mario.
