It was normal…

They have a great pool! And great stuff!

I didn’t like the rooms — they are very small, the toilet is tiny, when you take a shower the water splashes everywhere, and there are gaps in the doors where insects get in. The breakfast is really pathetic…There’s really nothing around the hotel, and in the evening there’s nothing to do. There’s a small town 4 km away, but it’s practically dead as well. They are clearly working on the surrounding infrastructure, and I think in about 3 years the place will be great.

No way the reviews are accurate to what we experienced

First time I’ve ever had to call out reviews as fake. Road in looks deserted, fence falling down by pool. They hang out their linen to dry so it’s either damp or hard as a rock like sandpaper. They use a very overpowering air freshener in the room causing my friend to have an asthma attack. Lights burnt out in hall and on the stairway. Loved that they had the US flag up but unfortunately it is torn to shreds, very offensive and disrespectful. We moved hotels after a few hrs on property due to overbearing scent in room. I was deceived in choosing this hotel, thinking it was worth it after seeing their posts.

Not what I aspecting.

Breakfast, the room they want to be in wasn’t good place, than they put us on different where was for 3 people and they had to extra bed.

Great Stay

I had a great stay at the hotel. The facilities are comfortable, everything is very clean, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful, which made all the difference. The pool is excellent, and the location with beach access just across the street is a big plus.

I believe the hotel could improve in some areas, such as providing Wi-Fi access in the rooms, but I’m sure they are working on making the experience even better.

Perfect

we were very satisfied with everything. Breakfast was very delicious, the rooms were clean, the pool was great, and the staff were very attentive.

The location was great, but the walking path to the sea was bad; when it rained it became muddy, so we couldn’t go to the sea.

Loved it.

Lovely staff, the room had a great sea view, and terrace for relaxing and drying all the bathing suits. Food was great. The hotel is not huge, so it had an intimate feeling and did not feel overcrowded. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

The pool has saltwater, took some getting used to it. :)

Wonderful stay and charming staff.

Fabulous spacious rooms with lovely views over sea. Wonderful large pool with great lunch and dinner options. Excellent pizza from their own pizza ovens. Short 5 minute walk to beachside bar, loungers and great music. Lovely place for sunset cocktails too. Good stoping off place to visit Llogara National park and beaches further south. Staff couldn’t be more helpful, friendly and kind. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to relax away from the crowds.

Friendly and helpful personnel. The room was modern with comfortable beds. Quite a nice sea view from the balcony. A superb 25 meters long swimming pool, perfect for swimming workouts. The hotel offers enough space and privacy. The hotel and the pool area were not overcrowded (mid-June), plenty of sunbeds available. The hotel has a strip of a private beach offering free sunbeds. Reasonable prices at the hotel's restaurant. In general it was a good price-quality ratio.

Monotonous, limited choice breakfast (cold fried eggs and cooked sausages), access road to the hotel in a bad state, around 150 meters up a hill ( I recommend a SUV, even though I saw small cars making it to the hotel as well).

A quiet holiday in Edva

Edva Resort offers a peaceful and nature-centered resting area. The rooms in the part of the hotel where we stayed were renovated. Everyone in the hotel does their best to make your holiday more enjoyable. The hotel, which is located far from the center, is only 5/7 minutes away from the sea. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free on the beach. Although many beaches are rocky and stony, the hotel's beach is less stony at the entrance and then sandy. There are even lodges on the beach. The seafood pasta and pizza Edva at the hotel's restaurant are wonderful and very reasonably priced. They helped us find a taxi. We were very lucky to be with warm-hearted and helpful people. The breakfast is simple but quite sufficient. My daughter loved the fig pie. In short, Edva is the right address if you want a relaxing holiday. Thank you again for everything

Nice for a short stay, but a bit deserted if you’re looking for a lively boulevard and beaches.

Staff were super friendly, great pizza’s from a pizza oven and a lovely pool.

We had different expectations of the area, therefore we decided to cancel our 3th night. Reception was super helpful and understanding giving us a full refund. We stayed in June, and on arrival we noticed the area felt as if it was still in construction, the roads to the resort were gravel. Resort felt a bit deserted and had occasional power drops (where the airco, wifi etc lost power).

The one truly amazing part of this stay was the sea view from the balcony—absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. That said, even the best sunset photo is slightly disrupted by the neighboring property in the frame. The views are undoubtedly the highlight and make breakfast and dinner feel special, with dinner being fresh and enjoyable. Breakfast was just okay, but again, the view makes up for it. The staff were polite and responsive, helping us with a tea kettle, cups, and beach towels when we requested. However, the overall experience didn’t quite match the pictures on Booking.com—whoever did the photography, kudos to them, because the reality is more underwhelming.

We stayed for 2 nights and while the location has potential, the experience fell short in several areas. The access road to the property is still under development and quite rough. There was no housekeeping service during our stay, and the WiFi didn’t work—even in the public areas as advertised. Several amenities were not as expected: the table tennis equipment was very worn out, the kids’ pool was out of use and not maintained, and the cabanas didn’t look like the covered ones shown in photos. The beach is not easily walkable due to the condition of the surrounding roads. Inside the room, the AC worked but the swing function was broken, there was no dustbin provided, and no drinking water was placed in the room. The bathroom was spacious, but due to its design, the floor remained wet after each shower, which was inconvenient. With improvements to maintenance, service, and facilities, this property could become a solid option—but as of now, it feels incomplete.

Resort has perfect view of mountains and sea, everything looks like in the pictures. Staff is very friendly and helpfull, nice with kids too. Food is also tasty. Our family loved the resort and with a pleasure would go back.

Beautiful small resort away from the beaten track

Location is about 30 mins south of Vlore which in our opinion was great as it was quieter and less touristy. The beaches nearby are beautiful and the pool area of the hotel had an amazing view and lots of sun loungers, enough for everyone there. The restaurants nearby are also fantastic. Particularly recommend Hotel Nimfa for dinner at sunset - just spectacular. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable with working A/C and a new bathroom. The highlight of the hotel however is the staff. They couldn't do enough for us! They even helped us fit a spare tire when we got a flat about a mile away from the hotel!

The breakfast left a lot to be desired, and the bar at the hotel strangely didn't do spirits which meant cocktails were off the menu. The road leading to the hotel is also more of a dirt track then a road and felt a little sketchy when we first arrived at night time but we quickly got used to it.

Good breakfast - quiet location away from the main town but an easy walk to the beach. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Great saltwater swimming pool and relaxing grounds. Good food.

Personally would have liked a break from the music by the pool at times. The walk to the beach was through a neighbouring site where there is building going on which was a shame.

Very good

Very nice place, big clean salty pool, nice atmosphere, a restaurant by the pool with good food, good service, everyone was so so polite. Orikum beach is just a short drive away and is perfect if you’re coming with a toddler.

The road to the hotel is a huge minus, and also the room was too hot in the evening, with too much mosquitoes and no protective net on the door, so you have to keep it closed and run the AC all night. Those are the two things that are keeping me from leaving a higher score.

One of the staff members, Melissa, was excellent, communicative and friendly!

The breakfast was terrible. Very poor choice, every day the same! We had to ask for something else on the third day because the food was so unappetizing! Don't get me started on the water. They were turning off the water pump which resulted in not having water for simple shower. We had to constantly complain to the staff, in order for them to turn it on. This was happening every day.
