The location is good. The staff were friendly. You have everything you need nearby: a pharmacy, a shop, and a bus station. There is also a café just a few minutes away where you can get a good coffee and a fresh croissant.
Unfortunately, the breakfast quality was disappointing. The butter was spoiled and had an unpleasant smell, the coffee from the capsule machine was undrinkable.

It was a beautiful room, exceptionally clean. A super comfortable bed and pillow. Very nice helpful member of staff. Place offers a very nice breakfast

The staff was very helpful. Good transport links. All you need is nearby.
Essentially it is a big flat divided into rooms with en-suites. You should be prepared for it. It was not very different to being at a hotel though. There is only sweet stuff for breakfast.
