Generally very clean (Apart from the mattress) short walking distance to shops bars and restaurants

The location was perfect with comfortable accommodation.

The mattress in the ground floor bedroom was stained which wasn't what I expected. Some hooks in the upper floor bedroom would have been useful. Guest information folder needs updating.

Only one teabag there, no pepper, oil, vinegar which would have been nice as we cooked a lot and had expected those basics to be there.

Clean well-fitted out apartment in great location on Windermere

The property is in an amazing location, with incredible views and very close to the main town centre of Bowness. There are a number of lovely restaurants nearby. The apartment itself though has everything you could possibly need! The kitchen is well stocked and very clean (much like the whole apartment). The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Bed in the top floor bedroom is a little uncomfortable for two larger adults.

Great short visit. Would've liked to stay longer. Great little bolt hole in a great location.

Setting/location great. Away from Bowness crowds but dead easy to walk into town - 5 mins to pick up and excellent fish and chip take away! Lovely views over the roof tops to the fells and lake. Fantastic to get parking. Flat very comfy. Wifi really fast and were delighted to discover there was a smart tv as website information said dvds only.

It started to get v hot during our visit and the bedroom was like an oven as it gets the evening sun (this despite keeping blinds down). There was a very old fan which overheated almost immediately and stopped working. Probably needs a better fan.

Lovely stay with beautiful views!

The views are stunning. The apartment itself is a good size. Comfortable beds, great little kitchen and bathroom. There was everything we needed for a comfortable, happy stay. Thank you to the hosts.

It is up a few steps/steep hills so was hard for me after a long day exploring. But if you're fit and healthy it's no issue, I have a few illnesses so struggled so be aware of this if you have any mobility or health issues. It didn't affect the stay though. I was aware it was up some steps and chose the property regardless as I loved the look of it.

The property was in a great location. Less than 5 mins to walk into the centre of Bowness where you can find some great restaurant's and pubs. Great views. Decorated beautifully with nice homely touches. Well equipped kitchen. Black out blinds in the master bedroom were great! Managed to fit our corsa into the rear parking spot.

Only a tiny gripe but the TV could do with an upgrade. Would be nice to have one with a USB port.

Perfect place to stay, quiet area not too far from Bowness centre

Everything was perfect. Parking space at rear was enough to fit my Ford Focus at an angle 😊

Très bon rapport qualité / prix pour la région

Très cosy et très propre. Suffisamment spacieux, parfait pour un couple + deux voire trois enfants. Idéalement situé, proche des commerces et restaurants accessibles à pied tout en étant très calme. Place de parking incluse, ce qui est très appréciable.

On a eu très très chaud, notamment dans la chambre du haut mais il faut dire que sommes tombés sur une période exceptionnellement chaude…
