Marion was so lovely and personable. The area was easy to find. Parking was convenient and secure.
Some flickering lights in the bedroom but that’s to be expected with an old house.

Gorgeous stay at Rose Cottage, shirt walking distance to village centre. We are at Da Luigi and Huxleys in the evenings - would recommend both.

The whole property is stunning. The cottage was gorgeous, the outside space was amazing. The kitchen and pantry, all the facilities you could ever imagine. Living room was cozy, we stayed during a heatwave so we didn’t use the fire, but the fireplace looked amazing. Bedrooms were fantastic, comfy beds and pillows and duvets. And the shower was powerful.
Perfect location aswell. 10 min walk from the high street and also easy access to travel elsewhere for a drive.
I wish we could have stayed longer.

exterior & location were stunning. host was very welcoming leaving cake & milk & kitchen was stocked with essentials. Firewood left & host left heating on for my late arrival
host was excellent.
external back door didnt lock from the inside. a lot of cobwebs & a huge dead spider in sitting room.
