It was beautifully updated. Close to shopping and Cotswold way. It was very clean. The owner answered promptly when we had a question and provided great recommendations.

Our favorite stay on a 30 day trip to the UK and EU.

Chipping Campden is the most beautiful Cotswold town and Merriman Cottage is likely the prettiest accommodation. The cottage was perfectly appointed. The location was quiet and more than spacious enough for our group of three. Parking was ideal. The restaurants nearby were plentiful. The hiking was stunning. The beds were comfortable and having the luxury of laundry in the home was a big plus.

Fabulous house in a great location. Very quiet. Excellent condition, clearly recently updated. Would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended.

Took us ages to find the cutlery - entirely our fault as we didn't read the welcome pack - we turned it into a game whenever a new member of the group arrived.

Exceptional

The house is wonderfully decorated. It has unique pieces and charm whilst still being functional. Chipping Campden is by far one of the prettiest towns we saw with plenty of spots for shopping, eating and drinking. The host of the cottage was very friendly, checking we arrived okay and that we enjoyed our stay on the last day whilst being available should we have needed her.

The TV was hard to operate mainly because it wasn't set-up with subscriptions to Netflix for example. But we did manage to find things to watch, important because we had a 5 year old and I wanted to watch the news and weather.

Merriman Cottage was absolutely delightful with great attention to detail throughout. The location within Chipping Campden is superb, offering great access to all the delights this beautiful little town has to offer.

Heel gezellig huisje en perfecte uitvalsbasis

Het is een heel gezellig ingericht huisje waarbij aan alles gedacht is. Twee fijne badkamers zodat je elkaar niet in de weg loopt. Het dorp is op en top Cotswolds.

Het huisje ligt aan een vrij drukke weg waardoor je de ramen van slaapkamers ‘s nachts eigenlijk wel dicht moet houden vanwege het geluid.

Très joli cottage, bien décoré, atmosphère chaleureuse . Bien situé a proximité des pistes de randonnées .Très propre et très bien équipé dans la cuisine malgré que nous n'en sommes pas servi beaucoup. Délicate attention a notre arrivé avec Mousseux , café ,etc. Informations pertinentes dans le cahier de notre hôtesse. Les chambres situées sur deux niveaux avec sb a sont supers pour deux couples ,nous avions vraiment notre intimité . mon mari et moi avions la chambre des maîtres, la suite devrais-je dire magnifique!

Hiška je ena najboljših namestitev v kateri smo bili. Velike in udobne postelje, urejenost, čistoča. V kuhinji je vse potrebno kar potrebuješ. Oprali smo si tudi perilo. Navdušeni smo bili nad knjigo za goste, kjer je razložena vsaka malenkost, prav tako je po telefonu na voljo ves čas gostiteljica Kim. Zagotovo še pridemo! :)

Pogrešali smo le copate za po hiši, saj so bila v spodnjem nadstropju hladnejša tla/ploščice.
