The mattress on the sofa bed was too short my son had to sleep on the floor

We liked the veiw and location
Were do i begin the window to the bedroom was screwed shut so no fresh air the room was so warm Unbearable . One of the pillows was covered in old blood there was a building site next door which we were not informed of i have contacted the owners about these issues just Explained about the work that would need to be done on window and that weccoyld use the other pillows was expecting a discount or a money off next stay maybe but nothing
