The host should have communicated that the code for the building entrance door was actually for the internal door not the first door you come to! The first door is unlocked but closed all the time but there's a key safe at the side which I kept trying to no availe, luckily someone came out and explained

Great views and super amenities.

Location, cleanliness and how children had been thought of in the sense that there was a cot bed and high chair there.

There were a couple of stains on the bedding and we had no where official to dry any clothes. This really did not overshadow our experience though.

Non-existent customer service

We had a nightmare trying to access the property. There's a phone number on the listing which says for emergency use only. But there's no reception at this location. The postcode doesn't take you to the address either. I had to drive to where there was a phone signal and listen to an automated service for a while before speaking to a person who had to Google the property to tell me what it looked like. She gave me a series of door codes, none of them worked. So I had to drive away again to speak to someone else. They gave me the owners phone number but no one answered, I left messages but they were ignored too. I messaged on here, no reply either. The place itself is fine, although you need to bring your own loo rolls and bin bags which is really disappointing to have to go to the shops as soon as you arrive.

lovely. quiet. clean.

Rooms were clean, comfortable. Plates and cutlery nice. Dishwasher good. Nice to have music on hand. We enjoyed the Filey Fisherman's Choir. The view is amazing.

One toilet roll a bit slim for 3 people 2 nights. Some little milk capsules to make tea on arrival would have been nice. We were confused by the instructions on arrival. We didn't realise the front door was unlocked and ended up round the back looking for the keysafe. Another guest had to help us.

Lovely warm, clean, modern , well decorated apartment. Excellent location in a quiet area on the sea front, beautiful view , only a few minutes walk to shops, cafes etc. Free parking right outside.

What a lovely apartment with a truly amazing sea view, very clean and welcoming. The only thing I could say is we found it hard to sleep because of the heat, so could maybe do with some fans and an extractor fan in the bathroom. Otherwise, absolutely amazing ******

Location and see views are what sets this apartment above the rest. Being able to enjoy a meal with a sea view is fabulous!

The WiFi is poor, regularly cutting out and having the boiler in the main bedroom is quite noisy. The shower could also do with a refresh as it’s not very powerful and it’s difficult to regulate the temperature.
