The Staff And the love for the Nature . The place is amazing what i liked the most is there is alot of plants and trees with descriptions on it . Its a big property and the pool is great and the views are amazing. The in-house restaurant is Good 😊

The staff were wonderful- I've never been greeted at a hotel with a birthday cake before. They couldn't have done enough for us!

Very kind staff and good value, but this is not a retreat in any meaningful sense of the word. It is much closer to a nice Airbnb/guesthouse, so do not book expecting a retreat experience.

The property is on a busy road, and between traffic and nearby chickens, sleeping was difficult even with earplugs. One pool was very clean and lovely; the other was more questionable. The staff were genuinely kind, although communication through the property’s phone system could be very slow. It is also quite far from central Ubud. Rides into town or to Bintang Supermarket generally cost around 100K–150K IDR and took about 35 minutes, so transportation added up quickly. There is a twice-daily shuttle, but it is essentially an older car rather than what I would consider a hotel shuttle. The food comes from a small family-run outdoor kitchen, which may not suit travelers looking for more controlled, Western-style food preparation standards.
