Great value for the price! You don't find a private room with a private bathroom for that price. I ended up coming a few hours earlier than I had indicated, so I called the manager and he came straight away to attend to me - great service!
I always like it when there is a mosquito net or a nail to hang one as I don't really use the Aircon and then there is quite a few mosquitos around. If you use the Aircon, you are fine though.

Place did the job, the price was good
Location was a little far from good spots in the city. Mattresses were very hard.

Hammocks out front and super chill vibes.
Bathroom had no sink. Owner seemed very peeved that we couldn’t check in until 9pm due to our bus timetable. Location is with all the major touristy side of Chiang Mai so very overwhelming if that’s not what you’re after.
