    The location is excellent, just a short walk from Tha Phae Gate, yet tucked away on a quiet and peaceful street. It was also very convenient to walk to Warorot Market and many local food stalls, which made exploring the local food scene easy and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless, and I appreciated how well-maintained everything was throughout my stay. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay in Chiang Mai at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    For a hostel or 2 star hotel this would be pretty good, but not that nice of a hotel if you are looking for something on the nicer side. Bed was comfortable and we felt safe sleeping here, but hotel is showing signs of age with some broken furniture, missing shower curtain, ripped cushions. Note the bathroom only had cold water in the sink. Shower had hot water but not as steamy as I like it.
