Fanny, de beheerder heette ons van harte welkom en is erg lief en behulpzaam! De locatie is prachtig! Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Schoon en compleet. Veel bezienswaardigheden en het strand zitten op een prima rijafstand. Het dorpje os prachtig en je zit echt middenin het oude Middeleeuws stukje. Prachtige uitzichten ook, op bijvoorbeeld Volterra.
Ik miste een lekkere bank of stoel(en) om te relaxen. Houd er verder ook rekening mee dat je niet vlakbij het huisje kunt parkeren, maar beneden in het dorp. Voor ons was dit overigens geen probleem.

Leuk en origineel huisje op mooie plek.
Materialen in het huis als zeep, keukengerei en handdoeken waren erg minimaal en zag er vooral uit als overbodig oud spul. Oude en kapotte pannen, heel veel vorken, geen lepels en enkele glazen en bekers.
