The location is amazing! The pool area is cozy but with some serious problems!
I booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room at ground floor with a pool view and mountain view. It was spacious, however, it had serious problems with mold in the walls off one bedroom and in 2 the bathrooms. My sister is a doctor with lower immune system disease and she spent 3 days with allergy 🤧. We went during the beginning of the summer, so no reason for the wall humidity and wholes in the walls. It was too dark inside the apartment, no enough lamps during the night.

The location is really interesting. Although one part of the road is macadam, the house is surrounded by nature and offers a wonderful view of the Tuscan fields. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good.
Although the accommodation was more expensive because of the pool view, the exterior part of this apartment did not have enough privacy. Due to the insufficient number of windows, the rooms are quite dark. The floors were not clean. We found a cockroach in the toilet. The sunbeds around the pool are often in a mess. Additional charge for using the air conditioner.
