Posto fantastico. Una quiete meravigliosa circondati da colline ed uliveti.

Tout. L’emplacement, la tranquillité, la piscine, les petits déjeuners , l’accueil de Cassandra et son époux, la décoration, la propreté, l’huile d’olive , le gel douche , les hirondelles qui nichent au dessus de l’appartement , les tables pour manger dehors pour chaque appartement. Rien à redire.

Exactly what we imagined: having dinner in the garden under the Tuscan sunset. It was absolutely fantastic. The locally made olive oil is the best we ever had. Not any Spanish or Greek oil can beat it!

The pool was lovely and the views were spectacular. The property is really fabulous, with a beautiful old farmhouse, olive groves and views of Volterra. The host is lovely and was friendly and prompt in her communications. If the room and dining room was a bit more comfortable (see other comments) this place would be great for a long term stay to explore the rest of Tuscany.

The room wasn't as comfortable as we would have liked. If I was the host, I would invest in some new bedding, a good duvet or blanket (the fleece children's blanket wasn't good enough) and a new couch for the dining room (two people can barely sit comfortably on the one provided). The whole place is very dark - they need to replace some of the bulbs and lamps. There needs to be a few more amenities if you were going to stay for more than a couple of nights: an iron and ironing board in the room, a couple of good knives and wooden chopping board in the kitchen, some comfortable seating.
